1. What is so different about VIVINA Smart Box?

A smart service integrated to VIVINA – a national digital transformation platform:

Currently, there is no E-commerce platform that plans to deploy an automatic delivery service through smart lockers between buyers and sellers across the entire country Vietnam.

VIVINA is a strategic partner of Global Group Investment Private Limited Liability Company (from Singapore) and comprehensive cooperation with the National Center for Trade Promotion Investment & Support for Digital Transformation to accompany the National Digital Transformation project in the period of 2022 – 2025.

VIVINA Smart Box allows users to buy, send and receive goods and parcels conveniently and quickly. Regarding the sales, delivery or dispatch of goods and items, with VIVINA Smart Box, users can order and deliver parcels themselves to a desired location, in anytime, from anywhere.

Serving as an "intermediate assistant" to receive goods from the delivery staff on behalf of the customers, VIVINA Smart Box temporarily holds the goods and allows the owners to come and get them at any time while it helps delivery staff to avoid unsuccessful delivery and ensures progress.

2. How VIVINA Smart Box works:

This user-friendly end-to-end service delivery model with multi-location consists of 4 steps:

Step 1: Equip the delivered area with VIVINA Smart Box

Step 2: Delivery staff transport the good to VIVINA Smart Box and enter order information

Step 3: Customers receive a notification via SMS/Email with a pickup code

Step 4: Receive the goods with pickup code (by entering OTP code or scan the QRCode)
